North Korean leader Kim Jong-un landed in Singapore, Singapore's Straits Times reported, ahead of a landmark summit with US President Donald Trump.

Kim arrived in an Air China 747 that touched down at Changi Airport on Sunday, Straits Times said.

A cargo plane that accompanied Kim on his recent visit to China also departed the North Korean capital and was likely headed for Singapore, South Korea's Yonhap news agency reported.
